Interface.ai is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for its Conversational AI products. This role involves tackling challenges related to scaling B2B SaaS products and navigating the regulatory landscape of fintech. The Principal Product Manager will collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to define, prioritize, and execute product initiatives. They will manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, addressing the unique needs of financial institutions around scalability, security, and compliance.What this role involves:

• Owning the product strategy and roadmap for Conversational AI products.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and execute product initiatives.
• Managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Conducting market research and gathering user insights.
• Leveraging Conversational AI and machine learning technologies to innovate product boundaries.

What the candidate should bring:

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management or related fields.
• A degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathy for users and a passion for understanding their needs.
• Experience creating and executing a product vision and strategy.
