DRW, a diversified trading firm, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in London. The coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the candidate experience by coordinating interviews, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.DRW values autonomy, innovation, and integrity, offering a dynamic and challenging work environment.
What this role involves: - Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Interfacing with candidates, co-workers, hiring managers, and third-party vendors.
- Monitoring virtual and on-site interviews.
- Acting as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Monitoring interview & requisition processes in Greenhouse & Workday.
- Maintaining accurate interview schedules.
- Providing administrative support to the recruiting and talent operations teams.
- Assisting candidates with expense reimbursement processes.
- Coordinating travel arrangements for candidates.
- Managing job description repository.
- Generating and auditing recruiting and employee activity/status reports.
- Supporting ad hoc projects and initiatives.
- Supporting Super Day interview logistics and event coordination.
Requirements: - Minimum of 1 years' previous administrative experience in a corporate office setting.
- 1+ years of experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative role—ideally within HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Outlook) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
