Karat is seeking a Senior Client Implementation Manager to join their Customer Operations team. This role is based in Bangalore and focuses on the technical deployment of Karat's interview platform for enterprise clients. The Senior Client Implementation Manager will work closely with clients to ensure seamless integration with their hiring processes.
Role involves:
Architecting and executing tailored client onboarding plans.
Orchestrating cross-functional resources across Karat teams.
Translating client requirements into practical onboarding roadmaps.
Serving as a trusted advisor throughout the client onboarding journey.
Anticipating and mitigating implementation risks.
Facilitating effective knowledge transfer through training and documentation.
Tracking onboarding progress against KPIs.
Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support teams.
Documenting client onboarding patterns and contributing to the development of repeatable onboarding playbooks and templates.
Requirements:
7+ years of program or project management experience in SaaS or technology services.
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder client programs.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Deep familiarity with technical implementations or enterprise software onboarding; experience with ATS/recruitment technology integration is highly valuable.
Strong collaboration skills.
Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar.
A consultative, strategic mindset.
Experience developing implementation playbooks and frameworks.
Must reside in Bengaluru (Bangalore).
Authorized to work in India.
