betFIRST is seeking a multilingual Customer Service & Protection Agent to join their team in Malta. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Flemish/Dutch and English, and will be responsible for managing a multilingual customer base daily. Reporting to the CS Team leader, they will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance via online chat, email, and telephone.

Responsibilities

  • Aiding Flemish/Dutch and English-speaking customers.
  • Communicating via online chat, email, and telephone.
  • Conducting fraud, risk, affordability, and KYC checks.
  • Monitoring and analyzing customer behavior for problematic gambling signs.
  • Educating customers on responsible gambling practices.

Requirements

  • Native fluency in Flemish/Dutch.
  • Business proficiency in English.
  • Empathy and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
