Betsson AB- Global Tax Contract Manager at Betsson Group

Betsson AB is seeking a Global Tax Contract Manager to join their Global Tax Team in Stockholm. This role involves creating and monitoring internal contracts related to the company's global operations across multiple countries and continents. The ideal candidate will be legally trained with a solid understanding of contract drafting and experience in tax issues such as PE, WHT, and VAT. They should also be business-minded, preferably with previous in-house experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high quality in the process for internal contracts
• Contract project management including drafting, and revising contracts
• Provide legal/tax advice in relation to contracting
• Assisting in the continuous transfer pricing work
• Assist with maintaining the group archive for internal contracts
• Ad hoc tax support to the Global Tax Team

Requirements:

• Preferably LLM – preferably with inhouse experience
• Curious personality
• Strong internal drive
• Basic knowledge of other tax areas
• Strong analytical skills to navigate tax complexities
• Ability to collaborate with various departments (Payroll, Finance, Legal, etc.)
• Effective communication and presentation skills
