Job Description
Betsson is seeking a Content Conversion Optimisation Specialist to drive acquisition optimization initiatives. The role involves leveraging data-driven insights and innovative strategies to enhance user engagement and drive sustainable growth across diverse markets. The Content Conversion Optimisation Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise landing pages and improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct in-depth content audits of landing pages, onsite pages and acquisition funnels
  • Collaborate with copywriters, design and development teams
  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative user research
  • Monitor competitor landing pages and acquisition strategies
  • Develop and implement A/B and multivariate tests
  • Utilise web analytics tools to track and measure performance
  • Develop and maintain a testing roadmap
  • Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in conversion rate optimisation
  • Proficient in using A/B testing and web analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
  • Knowledge of direct response, direct marketing and UX/UI best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • A proactive and self-driven attitude
  • A clear understanding of user intent
