Betsson is seeking a Content Conversion Optimisation Specialist to drive acquisition optimization initiatives. The role involves leveraging data-driven insights and innovative strategies to enhance user engagement and drive sustainable growth across diverse markets. The Content Conversion Optimisation Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise landing pages and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct in-depth content audits of landing pages, onsite pages and acquisition funnels
- Collaborate with copywriters, design and development teams
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative user research
- Monitor competitor landing pages and acquisition strategies
- Develop and implement A/B and multivariate tests
- Utilise web analytics tools to track and measure performance
- Develop and maintain a testing roadmap
- Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of proven experience in conversion rate optimisation
- Proficient in using A/B testing and web analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Knowledge of direct response, direct marketing and UX/UI best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects
- A proactive and self-driven attitude
- A clear understanding of user intent
