Betsson Group is seeking a CRM Manager to join their Global CRM & Engagement department. The CRM Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of below the line (BTL) Casino retention campaigns and communications across various brands and markets. The role focuses on increasing retention, preventing churn, driving upsell, and improving player experience and lifetime value.

The CRM Manager will:

  • Manage and execute hyper-segmented Casino campaigns.
  • Use JIRA for project management and communication.
  • Implement automated campaign journeys for scalability.
  • Utilise advanced prediction modelling to optimise the CRM budget.
  • Continuously optimise offers for increased profitability.
  • Conduct campaign analysis to determine ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign and process improvement.
  • Localise CRM plans for each market and collaborate with local teams.
  • Work with the Support team to optimise campaign customer journeys.
  • Provide reporting to senior stakeholders on the success of lifecycle activities.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of player segmentation, player bonuses and incentives.
  • Excellent ability to interpret CRM data.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and email marketing platforms (Salesforce or Xtremepush preferred).
  • Genuine interest in the online Casino sector.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ CRM experience in the iGaming industry.
  • Experience working in a multi-brand and multi-jurisdiction environment.
