Job Description
Betsson Group is seeking a CRM Manager to join their Global CRM & Engagement department. The role focuses on Live Casino Retention campaigns across various brands and markets. The ideal candidate will increase retention, prevent churn, drive upsell, and improve player experience and lifetime value.
Role involves:
- Managing and executing Live Casino campaigns
- Project management using JIRA
- Implementing automated campaign journeys
- Optimizing CRM spend using prediction modeling
- Analyzing campaign ROI and tweaking offers
- Identifying opportunities for campaign and process improvement
- Localizing CRM plans for each market
- Collaborating with the Support team
- Providing reporting to senior stakeholders
- Providing afterhours support on any incidents relating to Live Casino Retention campaigns
Requirements:
- Good understanding of player segmentation, player bonuses and incentives
- Excellent ability to interpret CRM data and derive actionable insights
- Proficiency in CRM tools and email marketing platforms, ideally from Salesforce or Xtremepush
- Genuine interest in the Live Casino sector
- Strong project management skills
- Results-driven and customer-focused mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Minimum of 4 years’ CRM experience in the iGaming industry
- Experience working in a multi-brand and multi-jurisdiction environment
- Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, Greek, Latvian, Polish, or one of the Scandinavian languages is a significant plus
