Job Description
Betsson Group is seeking a detail-oriented CRM Manager to join their Global CRM & Engagement department. The CRM Manager will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of Sportsbook retention campaigns across the group’s brands and markets. The goal is to increase retention, prevent churn, drive upsell, and improve player experience and lifetime value.Role involves:
- Managing and executing hyper-segmented Sportsbook campaigns.
- Using JIRA to manage projects and tasks.
- Implementing automated campaign journeys.
- Utilising advanced prediction modelling to optimise CRM spend.
- Continuously optimising offers for increased profitability.
- Ensuring campaign analysis to determine ROI.
- Identifying opportunities for campaign and process improvement.
- Optimising CRM plans for each market and collaborating with local teams.
- Working closely with the Support team to optimise campaign customer journeys.
- Providing reporting to senior stakeholders on lifecycle activities.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of player segmentation, player bonuses and incentives.
- Excellent ability to interpret CRM data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of sports, competitions, and leagues.
- Great project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and tasks.
- Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Minimum of 4 years’ CRM experience in the iGaming industry.
- Experience from working in a multi-brand and multi-jurisdiction environment.
