Job Description
Betsson Group is seeking a detail-oriented CRM Manager to join their Global CRM & Engagement department. The CRM Manager will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of Sportsbook retention campaigns across the group’s brands and markets. The goal is to increase retention, prevent churn, drive upsell, and improve player experience and lifetime value.Role involves:
  • Managing and executing hyper-segmented Sportsbook campaigns.
  • Using JIRA to manage projects and tasks.
  • Implementing automated campaign journeys.
  • Utilising advanced prediction modelling to optimise CRM spend.
  • Continuously optimising offers for increased profitability.
  • Ensuring campaign analysis to determine ROI.
  • Identifying opportunities for campaign and process improvement.
  • Optimising CRM plans for each market and collaborating with local teams.
  • Working closely with the Support team to optimise campaign customer journeys.
  • Providing reporting to senior stakeholders on lifecycle activities.
Requirements:
  • Good understanding of player segmentation, player bonuses and incentives.
  • Excellent ability to interpret CRM data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of sports, competitions, and leagues.
  • Great project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and tasks.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ CRM experience in the iGaming industry.
  • Experience from working in a multi-brand and multi-jurisdiction environment.
