- Taking full P&L responsibility for the Danish market
- Driving customer experience, lifecycle management, and marketing strategy
- Playing a key role in monetizing customers and driving revenue
- Leading and developing a talented team of local experts and professionals
- Developing and implementing market-specific strategies
- Ensuring the successful execution of the brand’s vision in Denmark
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven P&L management and business growth experience in the Danish market, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
- In-depth understanding of the Danish market, including customer behaviour, trends, and regulations
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate strategy into action
- Passion for enhancing customer experience and engagement
- Native proficiency in Danish and fluent in English
- Familiarity with Danish regulations, consumer protection, and advertising standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
