Betsson Group is seeking a Paid Social Specialist with experience in managing advertising campaigns on social media platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, X, and Snapchat. The Paid Social Specialist will manage daily activities on ad accounts, including campaign setup, optimization, budget management, and account whitelisting, while also communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute paid social media activities and customer acquisition/retention efforts.
  • Support the Paid Social Manager in executing quarterly plans.
  • Collaborate with the Content and Social Media team to create conversion-driven content.
  • Support regional content specialists in designing high-quality social media ads.
  • Support regions in extensive A/B testing of creatives and audiences.
  • Monitor and review existing paid social activities, procedures, and workflows.
  • Create periodical reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets, suggesting tactics for optimal spend.
  • Maintain alignment with other Biddable Teams (PPC & Programmatic).

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of hands-on ads management experience (Meta mandatory).
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Gaming industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent (optional).
