The role involves building relationships, monitoring performance and traffic volumes, and optimizing traffic and revenue growth. Role Involves:

• Working with brands’ affiliate performance.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners.
• Monitoring and analysing affiliate performance.
• Identifying and cultivating top performers.
• Creating monthly promotions.
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve marketing campaigns.
• Developing affiliate recruitment campaigns.
• Representing affiliates at industry events.
• Participating in the hiring process and providing training to affiliate managers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in managing affiliate partnerships and performance.
• Experience within the online gaming industry is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in developing and maintaining professional relationships.
• Familiarity with industry trends and practices.
