Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

Cabify is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Buenos Aires. This role will be the primary point of contact for the full recruitment cycle, providing internal consulting and advice. The specialist will manage recruitment processes for various business areas across Cabify's offices.

The role involves direct sourcing of top talent through digital channels and proactively identifying candidates for future hiring needs. The specialist will also advise, support, and train hiring managers and interviewers on best practices in recruitment processes.

Cabify is looking for someone who can identify improvements and develop new ideas to enhance the impact and quality of the current recruitment process. The specialist will represent Cabify at events related to brand positioning and talent attraction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full recruitment cycle
• Directly source candidates
• Advise hiring managers
• Identify process improvements
• Represent Cabify at events

Requirements:

• Knowledge of business, HR, Psychology, or Business Administration
• 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in tech or start-up environments
• Experience with direct sourcing
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus
• Proficiency with Google Drive, especially Sheets
• Analytical and strategic mindset
• Familiarity with LinkedIn recruitment strategies
