Betsson is seeking a Lead VIP Key Account Manager for their Latam team. This role involves leading a team of VIP Key Account Managers, managing VIP portfolios, and contributing to the local VIP strategy in alignment with the global strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VIP management, excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, and a passion for sports and casino.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team of VIP Key Account managers in the region
  • Manage the day-to-day operations, admin and workflow of KAMs including team management and all its relevant actions.
  • Work closely with Head of VIP & Events, VIP Regional Manager and Managing Director to define the local VIP strategy of the region.
  • Ensure existing best practice and procedures are followed
  • Responsible to manage the VIP budget, VIP targets, spend and bonus costs.

Requirements:
  • Native level communication ability in Spanish and English
  • Strong industry background in VIP with the ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise a changing workload within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in managing teams in a previous role.
  • Knowledge of Operations and CRM.
  • Passionate about sports and casino.
