Job Description
ShipBob is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join their team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role offers an opportunity to grow within a fast-growing company and contribute to delivering an incredible experience for customers. The Fulfillment Associate will work within various teams to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Role Involves:
- Receiving new inventory and managing the process of getting it put away and accepted into the system.
- Picking products quickly and accurately to ensure a smooth flow of customer products.
- Packing items correctly and ensuring the quality of each shipment.
- Assisting in other areas as needed to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
- Ability to stand and walk continuously for 8-10 hour shifts.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.
- Willingness to assist in other departments as needed.
- Adaptability to change and detail-oriented.
- Must be 18 or older.
