Job Description
ShipBob is seeking a Fulfillment Associate for their Fort Worth, TX location. This role involves working within a team to ensure an incredible experience for customers. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, committed to excellence, and eager to grow within a fast-growing company. ShipBob values continuous learning, collaboration, and a high-performance culture.
Role Involves:
- Receiving new inventory and managing the process of getting it into the system.
- Picking products accurately and quickly for the next stage of the process.
- Packing shipments to ensure quality and accuracy before customer delivery.
- Assisting in other areas as needed to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hour shifts.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and push/pull frequently.
- Adaptability to change and detail-oriented.
- Must be 18 or older.
