Job Description

Médicos Sin Fronteras (MSF) is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join their team in Querétaro as a Fundraiser in public spaces. This role involves engaging with the public to promote MSF's humanitarian work and secure donations through bank cards. The Fundraiser will work in various public locations, communicating the importance and urgency of supporting MSF's mission to potential donors.Responsibilities:

• Achieving the set target for new donors.
• Engaging with the public to discuss MSF's work.
• Acting as a responsible and respectful ambassador for MSF.
• Ensuring the proper use and confidentiality of donor data.
• Attending scheduled meetings and training sessions.
• Staying informed about MSF's operations and positions in Mexico and worldwide.

Requirements:

• Experience in intangible sales, promotional activities, or advertising campaigns.
• Empathy and an outgoing personality.
• Interest in humanitarian causes.
• Tolerance to frustration.
• Results-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and demonstrate proactivity and commitment.

What MSF offers:

• Base salary: $6,000.00 - $15,000.00 MXN gross monthly.
• Benefits according to federal labor law: 25% vacation bonus, social security, legal holidays.
• Additional benefits: Attendance bonus, productivity bonus, punctuality bonus, and monthly bonus.

*Please note that the contract is not directly with MSF but through a marketing agency implementing the fundraising program.
