Betsson Group is seeking a Technical SEO Owner to join its global SEO team in Malta. The Technical SEO Owner will manage technical SEO projects across all Betsson brands and markets, collaborating with the global SEO team and product development teams. This role requires innovation, technical expertise, and project management skills to ensure the optimal implementation of requested SEO features and fixes.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and owning the SEO technical roadmap.
  • Supporting the SEO team on technical SEO.
  • Leading website and platform migrations from an SEO perspective.
  • Conducting research, SEO testing, and team training.
  • Improving SEO efficiency through automation.
  • Collaborating with product teams to create SEO-friendly products.
  • Monitoring and fixing issues related to products and features.
  • Documenting and prioritizing efforts in Jira & Confluence.
  • Setting KPIs for technical SEO projects.
  • Reporting progress to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in technical SEO.
  • Experience in iGaming/Forex or similar industries is ideal.
  • Knowledge in software development is a must.
  • Experience in Atlassian products and SEO audit/crawling tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
