Fictiv is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive customer loyalty and advocacy. This role involves developing and executing end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value. What this role involves: - Increasing the pipeline of opportunities for the Sales team.
- Developing AB testing roadmaps to optimize each stage of the customer journey.
- Optimizing email nurture programs to improve customer conversion and engagement.
- Analyzing and reporting on key channel metrics and business KPIs.
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate and meaningful messaging.
- Refining customer loyalty and referral marketing programs.
Requirements: - 5-7 years of experience in B2B customer marketing.
- Experience designing and creating cross-functional email marketing campaigns.
- Experience implementing and measuring AB testing.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and integrated marketing tech stacks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
