VIP Team Lead - Greece

Betsson Group is seeking a VIP Team Lead for the Greek market. This role involves managing a portfolio of high-value Greek VIP players, ensuring engagement and monitoring activity. The VIP Team Lead will be the main point of contact for VIP Key Account Managers and key escalations within the Greek market. They will collaborate with various teams to optimize customer experience and drive revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of VIP Key Account Managers in Greece.
• Shaping the VIP strategy for Greece.
• Tracking performance and reporting key insights.
• Ensuring best practices and operational efficiency.
• Managing VIP budgets and bonus allocations.
• Collaborating with Commercial Managers and Marketing teams.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Experience in VIP player management.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic mindset with understanding of CRM and revenue drivers.
• Passion for sports, casino, and the Greek gaming market.
