NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Consultant, specializing in Service Cloud Voice, to join their team. The consultant will play a crucial role in redefining the future of business through AI and technologies like Agentforce. NeuraFlash is recognized as a leader in AI, Amazon, and Salesforce innovation, crafting intelligent solutions that revolutionize workflows and elevate customer experiences.Role involves:

• Facilitating business process reviews to identify customer requirements.
• Creating visual diagrams of customer business processes.
• Developing user stories based on customer requirements.
• Configuring Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions.
• Developing technical requirements and specifications.
• Delivering customer end-user training and documentation.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of project experience in a hands-on position.
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity.
• Understanding of Customer Service and Contact Center Operations.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce Platform and its architecture.
• Experience building Custom Applications, Lightning Experience, Visual Flows, and Process Builders.
• Understanding of Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, and Deployment Best Practices.
• Client-facing experience in pre-sales, project management, discovery, and solution delivery.
