Saltbox, a logistics company, is seeking an Accounts Receivables Specialist to join their Operations team. This role involves managing member accounts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. The Accounts Receivables Specialist will work remotely from the Philippines, supporting Saltbox's mission to simplify operations for small online businesses.Saltbox's workspaces transform into modern and flexible office spaces with warehouse suites, and all the perks needed to help small businesses grow.
Responsibilities: - Process payments for 1,500 plus unit portfolio
- Prepare receivable collection report
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Maintain electronic accounts receivable customer files and records
- Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc.
- Prepare bank deposits
- Process adjustments, tenant move-ins and deposit refunds
- Assist with month-end closing
- Maintain up-to-date billing system
- Special projects and reporting as needed
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in account receivable and other billing-related tasks
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service oriented role
- Experience with workspace management systems, preferable OfficeRnD
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High technical competence in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
