Job Description
Fresh Prints is seeking a Sourcing and Logistics Specialist to support its supply chain in the US. This role is crucial for driving the growth of Fresh Prints' $40 million business by strengthening and expanding its global supply chain. The specialist will be responsible for building a reliable network of garment manufacturers and suppliers in China and other key sourcing regions. This is a remote position based in China.Responsibilities include:
  • Supplier Sourcing & Vendor Management
  • Price & Lead-Time Negotiation
  • Product Development & Sampling
  • Production & Order Management
  • Logistics & Shipment Coordination
  • Quality Control & Inspection
  • Supplier Performance & Capacity Planning
  • Market Research & Sourcing Strategy
  • Factory Audits & Compliance
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 3+ years working knowledge of the apparel industry
  • Experience in strategic vendor management, especially with Asian vendors
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Understanding of manufacturing principles, materials, production process, U.S. customs and International logistics and trade
  • Excellent negotiation and organizational abilities
