Engineering Manager, ML Acceleration

Anthropic is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their ML Acceleration team. This role focuses on optimizing the use of compute resources for both inference and training. The Engineering Manager will lead efforts to identify and remove bottlenecks, build robust solutions, and maximize system efficiency. They will also provide clarity and context to their teams in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities include:

• Leading engineering efforts to improve model performance and scale inference and training systems.
• Contributing technically to the team's stack.
• Managing day-to-day execution and prioritizing work.
