Social Media & Communications Intern

Job Description

Pure Storage is seeking a Social Media & Communications Intern to support internal and external communications at their Prague site. This internship offers hands-on experience in content creation and communication initiatives, contributing to the company's culture and brand. The intern will collaborate with the Site Lead and various teams to create engaging content, support communication initiatives, and help build the site’s brand identity.Role involves:

• Creating content for internal channels (e.g., Slack, intranet, newsletters, digital signage) and external platforms to support site branding.
• Supporting internal campaigns and communications from the Site Lead or leadership team.
• Planning and promoting onsite events, All hands meetings, and wellbeing/cultural initiatives.
• Collaborating with different organizations and teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging.
• Suggesting and helping maintain content calendars and posting timelines for internal and social channels.
• Tracking and reporting communication and engagement metrics.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a similar field.
• Passionate about social media, brand storytelling, and employee engagement.
• Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and ideally platforms like Slack or similar tools.
• Eager to learn and work with people across different teams.
