Pure Storage is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Deal Desk and Strategy Team within the Monetization department. This role is crucial for balancing short-term and long-term goals to meet company objectives. The Business Analyst will collaborate with various teams to drive successful market development plans.
Role involves:
- Developing a strong understanding of Pure’s business model and product offers.
- Reviewing deals for accuracy and alignment with strategic initiatives.
- Driving pricing and monetization strategies.
- Managing complex deal engagements and coordinating internal approvals.
- Advising sales leadership on commercials and business metrics.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Finance, or Sales.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ (preferred) or similar platform.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong financial acumen.
