Job Description
Zscaler is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to drive Public Sector marketing initiatives. This role involves developing and executing partner marketing plans for Federal, State & Local Government, Education (SLED), and Healthcare verticals. The Senior Partner Marketing Manager will collaborate with key partners to design joint go-to-market strategies and co-branded campaigns. They will also lead the creation of tailored, partner-specific marketing campaigns and manage participation in public sector industry events.

Role involves:
  • Developing and executing partner marketing plans for the Public Sector
  • Collaborating with key partners to design joint go-to-market strategies
  • Leading the creation of tailored, partner-specific marketing campaigns
  • Managing participation in public sector industry events
  • Building resources for partner enablement
  • Overseeing MDF and partner marketing budgets
  • Analyzing and reporting on the success of partner initiatives
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in partner marketing or channel marketing, with a strong focus on Public Sector
  • Demonstrated success working with Public Sector partners and managing co-marketing programs
  • Solid understanding of public sector regulations and procurement processes
  • Proven expertise in designing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A. required)
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
