Job Description
Spin is seeking an IC3 DevOps Engineer to enhance and maintain software deployment and operational processes. This role involves implementing advanced DevOps practices, including automation, monitoring, CI/CD pipeline management, and incident response. The engineer will contribute to strategic initiatives and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of advanced automation scripts.
- Design, implement, and maintain sophisticated monitoring solutions.
- Lead the management and optimization of CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead complex incident response activities.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to junior engineers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimize the use of DevOps tools and platforms.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Actively contribute to creating an autonomous work culture.
- Embody and promote Spin's values.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or related fields.
- Deep understanding of DevOps concepts and practices.
- Proficiency with multiple scripting languages and automation tools.
- Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced English level.
