Job Description

Ketchum, a global communications consultancy, is seeking a Creative Conceptor to transform insights into attention-driving creative concepts. The Creative Conceptor will partner with strategy, account teams, and other creatives to develop big ideas and tactics that guarantee earned attention and consumer engagement.

Role involves:

  • Developing creative concepts that drive earned attention.
  • Uncovering strategic, culture-forward insights.
  • Working with clients, account, new business and strategy teams.
  • Developing channel-agnostic campaign ideas.
  • Presenting foundational insights, umbrella concepts, and tactical programming.
  • Developing collaborative relationships with clients and integrated agency partners.
  • Working with Analytics and Strategy teams to drive creative programming.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years developing insight-driven ideas.
  • 3+ years of public relations, social media, or advertising experience.
  • Curiosity and love for uncovering unexpected insights.
  • A strong grasp of the current social and cultural landscape.
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to tell and sell a good story.
  • Experience in the consumer sector.
