Finance Systems & Processes Analyst

Job Description

A company is looking for a Finance Systems & Processes Analyst to optimize and streamline financial systems and processes. The role focuses on supporting the development, enhancement, and integration of a purchase order system (POS) while ensuring smooth ongoing operations. The Analyst will also serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and provide support for other finance technology projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and maintaining the existing POS system.
• Supporting the development and enhancement of the POS system.
• Supporting the seamless integration of key systems with the POS platform.
• Supporting the preparation of financial reports.
• Leading ad hoc projects related to system improvements.
• Supporting system enhancements, including Business Central integrations.
• Identifying inefficiencies in financial and procurement workflows.
• Documenting and standardizing POS and financial processes.
• Leading or assisting in system projects.
• Assessing and driving enhancements in POS systems, Business Central, and other finance-related tools.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Solid finance background with expertise in POS system development and integration.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and procurement system integration.
• Proven experience in financial reporting and data accuracy.
• Ability to lead ad hoc projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills for process improvements.
• Proactive approach to system optimizations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience managing system integration and business workflow optimization.
• Experience in finance or systems roles, focusing on POS systems and Business Central.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Navision) and financial tools.
• Ability to improve financial systems through integrations and digital process enhancements.
