Betsson Group is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their HR team and contribute to the Argentinian operations. This role is based on-site in the Nunez region of Buenos Aires, Monday-Friday. The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing HR operations in Argentina, providing coaching on HR policies, and implementing talent management solutions.
Role Involves:
- 360 management of HR operations in Argentina.
- Act as the top-level HR business partner.
- Planning, organizing, and managing Human Resources strategy.
- Supporting Managers for people matters.
- Implementing talent management solutions.
- Supervising payroll processes.
- Strengthening the Betsson Culture.
- Ensuring Betsson is the Employer of Choice in Argentina.
- Cultivating talent development and overseeing recruitment needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years HR experience in a fast-paced international organization.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Experience scaling teams and driving local recruitment efforts.
- Good knowledge of Argentinian Labour law.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
- Portuguese language is a plus.
