Job Description
Betsson Group is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their HR team and contribute to the Argentinian operations. This role is based on-site in the Nunez region of Buenos Aires, Monday-Friday. The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing HR operations in Argentina, providing coaching on HR policies, and implementing talent management solutions.

Role Involves:
  • 360 management of HR operations in Argentina.
  • Act as the top-level HR business partner.
  • Planning, organizing, and managing Human Resources strategy.
  • Supporting Managers for people matters.
  • Implementing talent management solutions.
  • Supervising payroll processes.
  • Strengthening the Betsson Culture.
  • Ensuring Betsson is the Employer of Choice in Argentina.
  • Cultivating talent development and overseeing recruitment needs.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 years HR experience in a fast-paced international organization.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Experience scaling teams and driving local recruitment efforts.
  • Good knowledge of Argentinian Labour law.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
  • Portuguese language is a plus.
