Betsson Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team in Athens, Greece. The HR Manager will play a key role in the development and growth of Betsson's Tech Hub and collaborate with HR leaders across various regions. This role reports to the HR Director based in Malta and offers exposure to all facets of HR.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations Management for the Athens Tech Hub.
  • Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives.
  • Employee Experience enhancement through engagement and growth programs.
  • Compliance and Process Development in line with Greek labor laws.
  • Social Impact Initiatives to support community engagement.
  • Compensation and Benefits benchmarking.
  • Cultural Development to strengthen Betsson's culture.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years HR experience in an international organization.
  • Background in the tech or digital sector is preferred.
  • Experience in scaling teams and leading recruitment efforts.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and compensation benchmarking.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
