Betsson is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support its Commercial teams in Malta. The HR Business Partner will work closely with leaders to enhance customer experience within the iGaming industry. This role involves strategic HR support and hands-on involvement, making it a great opportunity to impact the people agenda.
The role involves:
- Providing full-cycle HR support to the Commercial function.
- Driving change and impacting the wider people agenda.
- Acting as an employee champion and change agent.
- Forming partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services.
- Coordinating annual HR processes such as performance reviews and goal setting.
- Providing performance management guidance to line management.
Requirements for the role include:
- At least 3 years’ HR experience in a fast-paced digital environment.
- A degree in HR or equivalent industry accreditations.
- Experience running and facilitating workshops and trainings.
- Understanding of commercially driven environments, ideally within the iGaming sector.
- Proficiency in using psychometric profiling tools.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management.
