Job Description
Narvar is seeking a Sr. Customer Engineer to play a key role in customer success. The candidate will be responsible for scoping requirements, integrating APIs, and deploying solutions for enterprise and mid-market customers. The Customer Engineer will join a team of customer engineers and project managers who are passionate about Narvar's customers, solutions, and products.Role involves:
- Completing technical onboarding for retailers and direct-to-consumer brands
- Providing consultative advice to customers for successful integration
- Building technical specifications based on business requirements
- Building and validating solutions using APIs, JSON, CSS, HTML, and Javascript
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders
- Improving documentation and processes
Requirements:
- 5 to 12 years of experience in enterprise-level software projects
- Experience with web technologies such as APIs, HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Availability till 2 AM IST
