Culture Amp is seeking an Engineer to join their Performance product team in Melbourne. This role involves helping companies create transformative, people-first performance reviews. The Engineer will be part of a cross-functional team, participating in the entire feature lifecycle from conception to production.Role involves:

• Designing solutions for new features in the Performance product.
• Building features using the design system.
• Implementing UX/UI improvements in ReactJs/Typescript.
• Collaborating with other engineers to improve the technical stack and product.

Requirements:

• Full Stack software engineering experience with a focus on Frontend technologies (Typescript and ReactJS).
