Betsson Group is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their Technology team in Malta. The HR Business Partner will empower business teams and managers to deliver an exceptional employee experience, driving innovation and excellence.

The role is both strategic and hands-on, providing full-cycle HR support across various functions. The successful candidate will drive change, act as an employee champion, and form partnerships across the HR function.

What this Role Involves:

  • Supporting the Lead HRBP in delivering coaching and support to the business.
  • Working hands-on with business leaders and managers.
  • Providing day-to-day performance management guidance.
  • Offering HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Coordinating and following up on annual HR processes.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years’ experience, ideally gained within a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Experience running and facilitating workshops and trainings.
  • Experience coaching and supporting managers.
  • Experience managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management.
  • Experience with HR data management and HRIS.
  • Adaptability and a flexible approach.
