Betsson is seeking a Talent Development Lead to join its HR team in Malta. This individual will be responsible for driving competency management, leadership development, and coaching across the organization. The role is an individual contributor position within a large HR department of over 60 experts.
What the role involves:
- Developing and maintaining competency frameworks.
- Designing leadership development programs.
- Providing coaching to leaders.
- Facilitating workshops and training sessions.
- Conducting talent assessments and providing feedback.
- Working on succession plans and performance monitoring.
- Analyzing data to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Collaborating with HR Business Partners.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in talent development, HR, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strategic thinking and alignment with business objectives.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure effectiveness.
- Adaptability to change with a flexible approach.
- Coaching certification is highly preferred.
