Job Description

Twilio is seeking an Executive Business Partner to join their People team. This role involves providing proactive calendar support, managing multiple deliverables, and partnering with executives to drive team initiatives. The Executive Business Partner will serve as a key point of contact for executive direct reports and administrative business partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex travel arrangements and prepare expenses.
  • Organize special events, team activities, and meetings.
  • Manage executive calendars and prioritize meeting requests.
  • Act as a point of contact for executive direct reports.
  • Draft presentations and coordinate communications.
  • Manage meeting agendas and drive accountability for project deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes.
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of executive offsites.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Experience planning virtual, in-person, or hybrid leadership summits.
  • Proficiency with administrative tools (Zoom, G-Suite, etc.).
