Job Description
Twilio is seeking a Sales Compensation Reporting & Analytics Manager to join their Sales Compensation team. This role involves reporting, tracking, and trending analysis using Tableau, Salesforce reporting, Xactly Analytics, and other enterprise reporting tools. The manager will co-own these platforms and assist in monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc commissions and credits reporting. This role provides detailed sales rep-related performance information to internal Sales teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Retrieve, manipulate, analyze, and present data using data visualization techniques.
  • Apply advanced SQL and ETL skills.
  • Use MS Excel for analysis and reporting needs.
  • Design custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Execute technical tasks such as rule writing, development, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain a strong customer focus.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Compensation in Software / Technology industry
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Tableau dashboard development
  • Process oriented with high-level data integrity analysis skills
  • Intimate understanding of sales incentive programs
  • Excellence in structuring complex problems and developing solutions
