Twilio is seeking a Senior Talent Research & Intelligence Analyst to join their Talent Research & Intelligence (TR&I) team. In this role, the individual will be instrumental in shaping Twilio’s global talent strategy by providing crucial insights on labor market trends, talent pools, and competitive intelligence.Responsibilities include owning research deliverables, providing competitive talent insights, proactively delivering insights based on business needs, using research tools, building strategic talent communities, collaborating with teammates, and acting as a subject matter expert.
What this role involves: - Owning research deliverables from inception to delivery.
- Providing competitive talent insights to senior TA, HR, and business leaders.
- Proactively partnering to deliver insights in anticipation of business needs.
- Using a variety of research tools and approaches to drive research.
- Building and activating strategic talent communities.
- Collaborating with teammates to identify effective solutions.
- Acting as a subject matter expert on labor markets and industry trends.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6-8+ years of professional experience in research, analytics, consulting, or finance.
- Mastery of analytical tools such as Sheets, Excel, Draup, Pitchbook, and LTI.
- Ability to automate workflows and build insightful dashboards.
- Ability to synthesize data from diverse platforms.
- Ability to translate complex research findings into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to engage senior leaders and build strong relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
