Job Description
Ethos is seeking a highly motivated individual for a Strategy & Business Operations role within their Ethos Leads business. This role involves a blend of strategy, operations, and finance, focusing on growing and scaling the business. The individual will use analytical, operational, and technical skills to address key business challenges related to scale, efficiency, and quality, while considering various stakeholders across the company.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading high-priority initiatives
- Shaping strategy and roadmaps
- Securing new partnerships
- Developing financial plans
Requirements:
- 2+ years of consulting, investment banking, or private equity / growth equity experience
- Best-in-class excel skills and extensive experience developing insightful quantitative analyses, paired with strong critical thinking and sound business judgment
- Ability to flex between high-level strategic thinking and deep analytical problem solving
- Motivated self-starter with a track record of success and a proven ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks while hitting deadlines.
- Desire to own & drive projects from Day 1
- Excellent communication skills and effective cross-functional collaborator
- Exceptional attention to detail
- SQL knowledge preferred
