Role involves: - Optimizing stakeholders’ time and priorities.
- Managing inboxes, calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Supporting strategic planning and drafting communications.
- Coordinating events and improving processes.
Requirements: - At least three years of full-time executive support work experience.
- Tech-savvy with Google Suite, Slack, and Notion.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Trustworthy and proactive attitude.
- Learner’s mindset and adaptability.
- Willingness to work full-time in a hybrid setup.
- Located near or within Metro Manila, Philippines.
