Eucalyptus is seeking a Leadership Support Specialist to provide executive assistance. This role involves a variety of tasks to support the executive(s) and contribute to both personal and professional projects. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong command of the English language and excellent problem-solving skills.Eucalyptus is an Australian-founded digital healthcare company focused on solving healthcare challenges through technology and operational excellence. They aim to support 1 million patients globally by expanding into new conditions, demographics, and geographies.Role involves:
  • Optimizing stakeholders’ time and priorities.
  • Managing inboxes, calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
  • Supporting strategic planning and drafting communications.
  • Coordinating events and improving processes.
Requirements:
  • At least three years of full-time executive support work experience.
  • Tech-savvy with Google Suite, Slack, and Notion.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Trustworthy and proactive attitude.
  • Learner’s mindset and adaptability.
  • Willingness to work full-time in a hybrid setup.
  • Located near or within Metro Manila, Philippines.
  • Suitable work-from-home space with stable internet connection.
