Lead Talent Acquisition Partner (German-Speaking)

Job Description

Eucalyptus is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team in London. Eucalyptus is a company focused on making good health last a lifetime. They are known for 'Juniper', a weight management program. The Lead Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for building and leading the Germany Talent team, supporting hiring managers in attracting and recruiting talent across Germany.

This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in-person at the London office.

Role involves:

• Leading end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Building a team of 1-2 Recruiters.
• Upgrading talent workflows and technology.
• Designing innovative sourcing strategies.
• Aligning the Talent function with business priorities.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in a high-growth start-up or scale-up environment.
• Experience in agency recruitment or a sales-driven environment.
• Experience building and leading teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in German.
