Eucalyptus is seeking a Patient Support Specialist to join their team in Manila, Philippines. Eucalyptus is a digital healthcare company focused on solving healthcare challenges. The Patient Support Specialist will support patients through various conditions via email and phone, collaborate with doctors and partners, and identify opportunities for improvement.About the Role:
  • Support patients through a range of conditions via email and phone.
  • Support markets in rotating shifts.
  • Collaborate remotely with doctors, pharmacies, and delivery partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve products, processes, or service.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer care or equivalent.
  • Interest in healthcare and wellness.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with computer skills and customer service software.
  • Willingness to work a late mid-shift schedule between 2 PM - 1 AM or 6 PM - 3 AM Manila time, with no fixed weekend off.
  • Experience in a healthcare company (plus).
  • Experience in quality assurance and process assurance (plus).
  • Experience handling English phone lines (plus).
