Job Description
WPP is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver outstanding on-site support services to WPP employees, agencies, and visiting clients in Gurgaon, India. This role involves providing level 1 and 2 support, managing IT assets, and ensuring security procedures are followed. The IT Support Engineer will report to the Enterprise Technology Operations Lead and collaborate with various teams within Enterprise Technology.
Role involves:
- Providing on-site and remote IT support to WPP agencies.
- Managing user accounts and IT assets.
- Troubleshooting and resolving level 1 and 2 incidents.
- Maintaining the Service Desk knowledge base.
- Deploying hardware and software to end users.
Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years in an IT help desk / desk side support role
- Strong cross-platform experience in Windows and Mac, along with working knowledge of AV technology
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Can-do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage time effectively and set priorities appropriately
