WPP is seeking an IT Support Analyst to deliver exceptional on-site IT support to WPP employees, agencies, and visiting clients in Lahore, Pakistan. The IT Support Analyst will provide remote support to regional offices as needed and ensure deskside operations and standard technology services are maintained. They will build strong relationships with business users, understanding their needs and delivering tailored support. The ideal candidate will champion a customer-focused approach, empowering end users to make the most of technology tools.Role involves:
- Delivering on-site IT support
- Providing remote support

- Managing onboarding and offboarding
- Resolving incidents
- Supporting relocations and deployments
- Managing IT assets
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in IT help desk or deskside support roles
- Strong cross-platform expertise in Windows and Mac OS
- Working knowledge of AV technology
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Effective time management and prioritization abilities
