Job Description
WPP is seeking a Bilingual IT Support Analyst to deliver exceptional on-site IT support to WPP employees, agencies, and visiting clients in Bogotá, Colombia. The analyst will also provide remote support to regional offices as needed. This role requires a strong understanding of both Windows and Mac OS, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional on-site IT support
  • Provide remote support to regional offices
  • Maintain deskside operations and standard technology services
  • Build strong relationships with business users
  • Educate users on IT services, policies, and best practices
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Resolve Level 1 and 2 incidents
  • Support user and office relocations
  • Manage IT asset procurement, inventory, and lifecycle
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years’ experience in IT help desk or deskside support roles
  • Strong cross-platform expertise in Windows and Mac OS
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Empathy and effective communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (advanced level required)
