Job Description
WPP is seeking a Bilingual IT Support Analyst to deliver exceptional on-site IT support to WPP employees, agencies, and visiting clients in Bogotá, Colombia. The analyst will also provide remote support to regional offices as needed. This role requires a strong understanding of both Windows and Mac OS, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional on-site IT support
- Provide remote support to regional offices
- Maintain deskside operations and standard technology services
- Build strong relationships with business users
- Educate users on IT services, policies, and best practices
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Resolve Level 1 and 2 incidents
- Support user and office relocations
- Manage IT asset procurement, inventory, and lifecycle
Requirements: - 3–5 years’ experience in IT help desk or deskside support roles
- Strong cross-platform expertise in Windows and Mac OS
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Empathy and effective communication skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (advanced level required)
