Job Description

WPP is seeking a Bilingual IT Support Analyst to deliver exceptional on-site IT support to WPP employees, agencies, and visiting clients in Cali, Colombia. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting employees with reliable, modern technology solutions, contributing to the company's mission of enabling stakeholders to collaborate, create, and thrive.

This role involves:

  • Providing on-site and remote IT support
  • Maintaining deskside operations and standard technology services
  • Building strong relationships with business users
  • Educating users on IT services, policies, and best practices
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Resolving Level 1 and 2 incidents
  • Supporting hardware/software deployments

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in IT help desk or deskside support roles
  • Strong cross-platform expertise in Windows and Mac OS
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (advanced level required)
