WPP is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join their team in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. This role is crucial for the effective and efficient everyday operations of WPP IT, providing level 2 and 3 support, and assisting with project work. The Senior IT Support Engineer will report to the IT Service Lead in Melbourne and collaborate with various IT teams.
What this role involves: - Providing on-site/remote support to WPP agencies in Gurgaon.
- Ensuring IT deskside operations and standard technology services are delivered.
- Developing relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- Leading a customer-centered culture and educating the business on IT services and policies.
- Providing remote support to WPP agencies in APAC.
- Managing incident and problem resolution, including escalation when needed.
- Overseeing user and office relocations.
- Assisting with hardware and software deployment.
- Maintaining Service Desk knowledge base and IT asset management.
- Supporting IT compliance activities and global standards implementation.
What candidate needs: - 5+ years in an IT help desk / desk side support role.
- Cross-platform experience in Windows and Mac.
- Can-do attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work with minimal supervision.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
