Bilingual Senior IT Support Analyst

Job Description

WPP is seeking a Bilingual Senior IT Support Analyst to deliver exceptional on-site IT support to WPP employees, agencies, and visiting clients in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The successful candidate will lead a small team of Junior Engineers, provide deskside support, and maintain standard technology services, including AV and meeting room technology. They will build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand and address their technology needs, manage IT asset procurement, and support local IT compliance activities.Role involves:

• Delivering on-site IT support

Requirements:

• 5 – 7 years in an IT help desk / desk side support role
• Strong cross-platform expertise in Windows and Mac OS
• Working knowledge of AV technology
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Empathy and effective communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (advanced level required)
• Ability to work independently
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities
• Professional and approachable demeanor under pressure
